OUR HISTORY
In 1997, Josephine (Dahl) Gambe became a registered Real Estate Broker. Not long after, she also became a registered Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Consultant, landing on the top 10 (REB & REA) and top 5 of each licensure exam.
Sometime in the year 2007, Dahl entered into government service working at the Court of Appeals Mindanao Station as Head of the Criminal Records Section, during which period she temporarily put on hold the private practice of her professions.
With the guidance and support of Atty. Earl Gambe and Dahl, two of their (ten) children were inspired to follow their footsteps and themselves became Registered Brokers and Appraiser while in law school. Upon writing, a third one is also on the way.
Today, Gambe Law and Realty is joined by a number of capable professional associates as the one stop legal and real estate solutions provider with its principal office in Cagayan de Oro.
